There are so many options and types of vehicle parts that we know how important it is to work together on this with you to find the best solution.
 

Lay-by Options

In some cases lay-by is offered as a purchase option. This can help make some expensive car parts easier to purchase. We will need to know before your purchase is completed if you require the use of our lay-by service. Lay-by is available on most items, but not all, and is at our discretion. We work closely with local couriers and national freight companies so that we can deliver car parts to your door as fast as possible. Our policy is to work with the best courier and freight companies in New Zealand that specialise in delivering vehicle parts.

What our Warranties Offer You

"Every Part we sell carries a warranty".
All vehicle parts, unless stated otherwise, have a warranty to fulfill the specifications shown in our listings, and to perform the tasks for which they are intended.
All of our vehicle parts are sold with a specified and limited warranty period, which will vary depending on the part you purchased.
Please notify Advanced for Ford & Holden immediately if any part is found to be defective.

Returns Policy

If a part purchased is faulty, we will repair or exchange it at our discretion. If we make a mistake and send you the wrong part, we will gladly exchange it.

However, we do not accept returns for full credit simply because you have changed your mind or because you ordered the wrong item. If you decide to return an incorrectly purchased part(s), we will charge all freight costs and a handling fee for each item.

In any warranty or return situation we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Payment Options

All payments for any purchase from our website need to be made in full prior to delivery, unless you have an approved credit account set up with Advanced for Ford & Holden. (See our credit account terms and conditions below).
Payment can be made in a secure way using Internet banking and our bank details are as follows.

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for funds to clear to our account. We will send the purchased item as soon as those funds have cleared. Please note that payments made over a weekend or public holidays may be delayed.

Payment can also be made by Cash, EFTPOS, or the following Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Farmers Card and Q Card.

Bartercard NZ
The use of Bartercard for payment is limited to certain parts only. It is generally acceptable when purchasing parts for Ford & Holden models between 1987 to 2002 inclusive, but there are some exceptions.

Therefore if you are a Bartercard purchaser, you should call or email Advanced for Ford & Holden to check whether you can purchase your particular selection using Barter Dollars.
 
 

Credit Account Policy

Most website purchases will be processed as a cash account and will be covered under the normal cash payment terms and conditions as outlined above, but where you have an approved credit account already set up with Advanced for Ford & Holden please be aware of the following terms and conditions that cover all credit accounts.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The risk in goods supplied by the seller (Advanced for Ford & Holden) to the purchaser (You) shall pass to the purchaser immediately upon dispatch from Advanced for Ford & Holden, but ownership in them shall not pass to the purchaser (You) until payment has been made in full and the funds have cleared into our account.
2. Payment of goods and services is strictly due by the 20th of the month following the date of the tax invoice, unless a previous extension arrangement has been made.
3. This company and other companies of Parts Connection Group reserves the right to:
    a) Charge a penalty interest monthly at the ruling bank rate on any outstanding balances and any discounts given will be reversed.
    b) Recover from you all collection expenses, solicitors’ costs and court costs incurred in any debt recovery action.
    c) Enforce a stop supply until any outstanding amounts are received.
4. All components supplied and considered unsuitable must be notified immediately, and returned within 7 days of the original tax invoice date. They must be fully assembled and in the same condition as supplied. Goods returned must be freight paid and the original invoice attached.
5. That under the terms and conditions of the privacy Act 1993, you authorize any person or company to provide us with such information we may require to action this application and that you also authorize us to furnish to any third party, details of any subsequent dealings that you may have with us.
6. I/we have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
