Standard Delivery Policy:
Once we receive your order it’s important to us that your purchase is packaged and dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently ship vehicle parts throughout New Zealand and have a number of different freight and courier solutions to cover the many different vehicle parts and destinations that we deliver to every week.
Delivery will differ depending on a number of different factors and what determines the cost is generally the type of service, the type of vehicle part, the destination or the timing. Our sales team in most cases will discuss the delivery cost at the point of sale and this will be shown as a separate line item on your invoice/packing slip.
As you can appreciate we get all types of requests for different types of vehicle parts from small electrical parts to V8 engine and transmission conversions to be delivered to all parts of New Zealand. We have worked hard to develop the best system to suit the requirement. So in general this is how we work in selecting the right carrier for the right part to the correct location at the quickest timing.

Waiheke and Great Barrier Islands: Small Parcels under 25Kg

In general deliveries are sent via a freight or courier service and that requires a signature; please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for the package. In most cases a card to call will be left if there is no one home to sign for the delivery. Please contact us if for some reason an item cannot be signed for, under special circumstances we may be able to use a 'non-signature required' courier service.
We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.
Dispatch and Delivery days are Monday to Saturday.
Damaged or non-delivered vehicle parts
It is essential that you check the part when it arrives
BEFORE you sign for it. If your vehicle part is damaged upon arrival please notify us here at Advanced Parts & Spares Ltd on 0800 777 525 and advise the delivery company that the delivery is damaged and make sure you do not sign for it.
If your vehicle part fails to arrive within 2 business days of the advised arrival please notify Advanced Parts & Spares immediately on 0800 777 525. There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels. Failure to notify us in the above time frames could result in no refund.
Deliveries Outside New Zealand
International deliveries are sent using a Freight Forwarding International Service. Delivery to key destinations can take up to 14 business days from time of dispatch. We reserve the right to not deliver to some countries. If you would like your vehicle part delivered to an International address please contact us and we can provide an accurate freight quote.
If your parcel is worth over NZ$250.00, there is a additional cover charge of $10.00. This insures your parcel for its retail value for vehicle parts worth between NZ$250.00 and $1,000.00. Orders over NZ$1000.00 may be subject to additional custom's charges.
